Katie-Ann was born and raised in New York. Her love for animals sparked at the age of 10 years old after reading about wildlife welfare in zoos. She joined Veterinary Care Group in the summer of 2020 as a veterinary assistant, and she loves working with animals and learning more about the veterinary medicine field.

Katie-Ann is attending Penn State University; majoring in Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences and minoring in One Health. With a passion for animals and the environment, she aspires to become a wildlife or marine veterinarian.

In her free time, she enjoys playing sports, baking, and taking long walks with her dog, Mochi.
