Dr. Wellington graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science. There she fell in love with cattle and spent time working on a student-led dairy farm. She then went to Grenada where she received her degree in veterinary medicine at St George’s University. She brought home two island dogs and completed her clinical year at the University of Missouri. Before VCG, Dr. Wellington devoted herself to emergency and critical care, a special interest of hers, in addition to internal medicine and soft tissue surgery. During her free time she enjoys reading, gardening, live music and spending time with friends and family.
