Dr. Ueda graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. She then attended Ross University, where she received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Her clinical year was spent at Oklahoma State University and she joins VCG with over 24 years of experience in the field.

Dr. Ueda has dedicated her life to the well-being of animals and is an active animal rights advocate. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, visiting animal sanctuaries and attending her husband’s concerts. Dr. Ueda’s furry friends include a tabby cat named Lilly, an Australian cattle dog named Blinner and a feisty Yorkie named Popeye.
