COVID-19 Protocols

IMPORTANT CHANGES TO VCG APPOINTMENTS:

As things continue to develop, we want to alert you to procedural changes that we are implementing to protect our staff, community, and clients while still being able to care for your pets that need treatment.

Curbside Service

When bringing your pet in for care, please call us when you arrive and be ready to meet us at our clinic door. A VCG staff member will meet you shortly to take your pet inside our animal hospital. From there, our treatment team will stay in communication with you while your pet is with us so you can be informed and make decisions regarding your pet's care. After their appointment, a staff member will call you and bring your pet to the door so you can bring your furry friend home.

Our goal with these protocols is to keep our staff and clients safe and healthy while continuing to deliver expert veterinary care.

We are unsure how long these measures will be in effect and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

We want you to know we are here for you and your pet during this difficult time. As a community, we will work together to be as responsive and helpful as possible. Please be safe, follow the guidelines offered by the CDC, and reach out to us if we can be of any assistance.
